This is the preferred method, since the IP addresses will be managed from a central point and the chances for overlapping IP ranges and routing problems are eliminated.

The @TheOffice Together! SVPN uses the industry standard SSL protocol, and can accommodate a wide range of configurations. Routers and Gateways authenticate each other by means of digital certificates. Trispen provides a turnkey managed solution. The PKI process is taken care of by Trispen and the customer has no need to setup and configure a certification authority and issue digital certificates.

After a client connection has been made from the remote site to the head office, the routing setup at the remote sites are performed automatically. Once connected, any workstation or server at the remote office will be able to communicate to a workstation or server at any other office by means of the private IP address. If setup correctly, Windows domain logins are also supported over the VPN.
