We have identified a software conflict with 3rd Party Acer Drivers.
It all to do with the "Acer Empowering Technology framework" which installs additional protocols for each network interface.
The culprit is the OSA Ndis Filter and Acer NetMonitor Protocols. To disable these, open up Network Connections, view the properties for the Client Virtual Interface. In the items list, see if you locate the "OSA Ndis Filter" and ?Acer NetMonitor Protocols? items. If it is in the list, please un-tick these options, it is not necessary to uninstall it.
Apply the changes, do a reboot and try and connect again.
These conflicts have been confirmed with @TheOffice version 2.x to Ver 3.17
